What Hea gives you

Remembers everything

Your parent doesn't have to repeat their story every time. Hea holds their medications, symptoms, what the GP said — across months, not just one chat.

Day or night, always there

Available 24/7 on WhatsApp. Hea checks in every day, and your parent can message any time — even at 3 AM when they can't sleep and don't want to wake you.

Just WhatsApp, no apps to install

The one app your parent already uses. Text, voice messages, or a phone call — whatever works for them. Nothing new to learn.

Clinical-grade care, between visits

Hea holds your parent's full history — medications, symptoms, what every doctor said. Before each appointment, a clear summary is ready for the doctors. Based on UK clinical practice

A daily companion for your parent — not just data for you

Hea isn't a tracker or a monitor. It's a daily companion who learns what your parent loves to talk about — their garden, their grandkids, the books they're reading. A real friend, not a questionnaire.
Help with the small things. Company in the hard ones.
- A reminder about tomorrow's GP appointment
- Help understanding that pharmacy leaflet
- A second opinion before calling 111
- And at 3 AM — company when worry won't let them sleep

Your parent's first health report — by next week

After 7 days of chats, Hea sends you a clear summary of how your parent has been — sleep, mood, symptoms, what's worth raising with their GP. The first real picture, not a guess.

Here's how it works

01

Pay £9.99 for the first month

Pick 1, 3, or 6 months. We'll email you a gift certificate to send your parent whenever the moment's right. Hea starts when they activate it.
02

Hea reaches out to you

Once they activate, Hea reaches out on WhatsApp — text, voice messages, or a phone call. Each day a short chat: how they slept, what they had for breakfast, if anything's hurting.
03

Always in touch

Their medications, recent symptoms, what their GP said last visit, what's been worrying them. Before every GP appointment, Hea prepares a clear summary — symptoms, sleep, mood, what's changed — ready to share with the doctor in their 10-minute slot.
04

Nothing slips through

A weekly summary of how your parent has been. And if something deserves your attention — a new symptom, a missed medication, a worry they didn't tell you — you'll hear from us right away.

Your whole health story — in one place

After their first week, Hea becomes part of their day.

Daily check-ins

Short, friendly conversations whenever they want them. About sleep, mood, the little things that often mean a lot.

Monthly health reports

A clear picture of how they've been — what's steady, what's changed, what might be worth raising with their GP.

Reads picked for them

Articles and short tips chosen for what matters in their life — not generic advice you'd skip past.

Your health dashboard

One place where you and the family can see how mum or dad is doing — without calling every day to check.

An AI companion that remembers what matters— and reaches out first.

Most AIs lose context after a few messages, and only respond when you ask. Hea is built around how UK doctors take a patient history — listens over time, remembers what matters, and reaches out when it's time.

Mood and sleep

How they've been feeling, how they're resting — patterns over weeks, not single bad nights.

Heart and blood pressure

Symptoms, family history, daily readings if you take them at home.

Medications and side effects

What they take, when they take it, what's been bothering them since the last change.

Memory and daily life

Small forgetful moments, repeated stories — gently noticed, never labelled.
Hea isn't a doctor — we don't diagnose. We notice patterns, prepare summaries for the GP, and flag what deserves real medical attention.
No diagnoses
Built for the UK
Honest about limits
Real medicine, not wellness fluff
Stories from families like yours

Backed by research. Built with care.

Every check-in, every summary, every recommendation Hea makes is grounded in clinical guidelines from the UK's leading medical authorities — not generic wellness advice.

FAQ

My mum/dad doesn't use WhatsApp. Will this still work?

WhatsApp is the easiest way for Hea to reach your parent — most already have it, nothing new to install. If they prefer voice, Hea can call them directly. Hea introduces itself honestly as an AI companion in the first message — we don't pretend to be human, and your parent always knows what it is.

Can I see how my parent is doing?

Yes, with their permission. You'll get a weekly summary plus a heads-up when something deserves your attention. Your parent decides what they share with Hea, and can ask Hea to keep something private from family at any time.

Is Hea a medical device? Does it replace a doctor?

No to both. Hea is a wellness companion that works alongside your parent's GP and NHS care — never replaces it. We don't diagnose. We notice patterns, prepare summaries for the GP, and tell you when something deserves real medical attention. In an emergency, your parent should always call 999 or NHS 111.

What if my parent doesn't want to talk to an AI?

Many parents are sceptical at first — and that's completely normal. Hea doesn't push. The first message is gentle: a hello, mentioning the family member who set it up, and an invitation to talk whenever they're ready. If your parent doesn't warm up to it within the first week, you can cancel without paying for the next month — no questions asked.

My parent has memory problems or early dementia. Will this work?

Hea works best when your parent can hold a conversation — even a short or repetitive one. For mild forgetfulness, Hea can be a steady, patient presence and gently notice patterns over weeks. For more advanced dementia, Hea isn't designed to replace specialist care — organisations like Age UK and Alzheimer's Society will be more appropriate. We'll be honest with you in the setup — if it doesn't feel like the right fit, we'll say so.

How much is it, and how do I gift it?

A 1-month gift is £20. 3 months is £54 (save £6). 6 months is £102 (save £18). It's a subscription — cancel any time, no questions asked. Got questions before signing up? Write to us at hello@tryhea.com. Delivered instantly by email.

Is my parent's health data private and secure?

End-to-end encryption. UK GDPR compliant. Your parent's health information is never sold, shared, or used for advertising. Only people they approve can see their data.
